Rico brings extensive experience in marketing and business development, underpinned by a background as a chartered surveyor at JLL, one of the world’s leading real estate firms. He leverages this expertise to develop strategic marketing initiatives and content that resonate with the commercial real estate sector.

His unique combination of technical surveying knowledge and marketing acumen enables him to create data-driven campaigns, increase brand awareness, and identify opportunities for business growth. Rico’s ability to bridge the gap between real estate insights and marketing strategy positions him to deliver impactful results.

Chris holds a degree in Building Surveying and has 7 years of experience in the property sector, with a background in reputable firms such as Naismiths and Currie & Brown. His expertise spans across project management, contract administration, building surveys, defect diagnosis, and party wall matters.

Throughout his career, Chris has administered construction contracts for various residential, public sector, and commercial projects, including school refurbishments and office fit-outs. Known for his thorough building assessments and attention to industry standards, he provides clients with compliance-focused, detailed reports that support informed property decisions.

Currently, Chris specialises in building surveys. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through sports and spending time dog walking.

Rushil brings over 12 years of diverse experience in the property sector, with a solid foundation in estate agency and a degree in building surveying.

His career includes extensive work in commercial surveying across London, where he handled a variety of sectors, including office, industrial, retail, and comprehensive refurbishment projects. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in project management, lease renewals, home buyer surveys, building surveyor reports, dilapidations, and asset management, with specialised skills in defect diagnosis and preparing schedules of condition for commercial properties.

Currently, Rushil specialises in delivering high-quality residential building surveys (Levels 2 & 3) and managing residential refurbishments. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys golf, exploring diverse culinary experiences, and staying active through mountain cycling.

A qualified MRICS Chartered Surveyor from 1999 and is an RICS registered valuer with over 20 years of commercial and residential property experience.  Primary work areas are commercial and residential agency, asset property and estate management, professional work and lease consultancy, commercial and residential investment sales and valuations.

James has acted on behalf of property companies and funds such as Together Money, LV, Aviva plc, Legal & General, Co-Operative Group, Peel Holdings, Allied London and Langtree. High profile regional assets include CIS Tower, Granada Studios, Circle Square, Fishergate Shopping Centre and St Johns Manchester and 100 King Street.

With 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Liam has built a strong reputation in managing large-scale projects across sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, education, residential, and civil engineering. His extensive background includes both refurbishments and CAT A and B fit-out projects.

Liam’s career began in joinery, where he naturally progressed into construction management. He has overseen high-value projects, including £15–20 million industrial storage units, and has significant expertise in building residential projects from the ground up. Liam is also experienced in managing complex, sensitive projects within the food manufacturing industry.

Currently, he specialises in building pathology, bringing in-depth knowledge to assess and resolve structural issues across a variety of project types. Outside of work, Liam enjoys sports, music, and exploring new culinary experiences.
