Rushil brings over 12 years of diverse experience in the property sector, with a solid foundation in estate agency and a degree in building surveying. ​His career includes extensive work in commercial surveying across London, where he handled a variety of sectors, including office, industrial, retail, and comprehensive refurbishment projects. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in project management, lease renewals, home buyer surveys, building surveyor reports, dilapidations, and asset management, with specialised skills in defect diagnosis and preparing schedules of condition for commercial properties.

​Currently, Rushil specialises in delivering high-quality residential building surveys (Levels 2 & 3) and managing residential refurbishments. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys golf, exploring diverse culinary experiences, and staying active through mountain cycling.
